• We do require a notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments by 8:00pm day before.  You can contact us via phone, SMS (09024831988), email, our website (Courses & Contact Form), Messenger, and our official LINE, etc.

• No-shows/No-call Fee: If you miss an appointment without prior notice, 50% of the session fee may apply.

• [In the cases of natural disasters] If you are unable to come due to a natural disaster, please let us know to reschedule and we will not charge a cancellation fee even if you cancel at the last minute. Staying safe is your priority.
